Narita Bahra KC secures sole acquittal in the Murder of a Jeweller despite all co-defendants attributing sole responsibility for the murder on the client.
Following a 4 week trial at Birmingham Crown Court, Narita’s client was cleared by a jury of his involvement in the murder.
The remaining co-defendants were convicted of murder and another of manslaughter.
