Narita Bara KC instructed for two Appellants in a complex appeal relating to the reliability and weight of expert evidence in a number of conjoined appeals. This case concerned the safety of a number of fraud convictions which relied on the evidence of a discredited expert witness who was exposed by Narita in an earlier fraud (R v S).
